An ingrown toenail occurs when it is broken and the nail grows into the skin, causing discomfort from pain, burning, infection, swelling and some others. This problem has different causes from wear tight shoes or poor nail trimming, to birth defects, etc..
The first thing to do when this happens is to examine the degree bed rest, so as to cure the toenail. To know what to do with an ingrown toenail follow the advice below.

The Doctor of Music Therapy, Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) and Deputy Master of Higher Education in Music Therapy from the academic institution, Maria Jesus del Olmo, believes it is a discipline that helps to “any disease from physical to mental, in any age group, from the smallest to the largest.
Del Olmo made the remarks as part of the summer course at the University Pablo de Olavide (UPO) ‘Introduction to Music Therapy applied’ to be held in Carmona. He also indicated that in Andalusia is beginning to make this type of therapy at the Hospital Virgen del Rocio de Sevilla “and are very poquitas cities that have experts in the field” but stressed that “more and more and more open to recruit these professionals. ”
The professor said in his speech during his investigation – which lasted 15 months – on babies from zero to six months in the Pediatric Intensive Care “music helps improve their quality of life, but always music made especially for them , live with a keyboard and a guitar. ” (more…)

For diverticulitis
Flax seed.
