Health care when the cold weather

The cold winter and several little problems often lead to health for all, starting always with these symptoms, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, and then comes fever, rest and so many other annoying things that pull us encouragement to the floor.
But everyone can avoid or prevent these discomforts easily, very naturally, just food, based on foods that increase the body’s natural defenses to finish no rest for the cold.
As we all know, in addition to those confirmed in their research, vitamin C is essential to alleviate and prevent colds, if avoided, so it is good to eat year-round foods rich in vitamin C. These foods include: oranges and other citrus fruits, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, green pepper, parsley, cabbage, cantaloupe, tomatoes, asparagus, peas, potatoes, pineapple, corn and banana, and many others.
But in cold weather just because the temperatures and because our defenses are most vulnerable, we must increase consumption. Consider that vitamin C not only goes against colds, strengthening the body’s natural defenses, it also adds against tissue inflammation and runny nose. (more…)
